Having recently gone on a tuba safari myself, and ending up with a detachable bell 186 with both bells, congrats!

Instead of a class action lawsuit, I suggest a class action everybody go out and dent a UPS truck.

This is corporate America, so i speak the corporate language, the corporate chastisement and the corporate rewards: I spend my money with other carriers instead when I need something delivered properly.
