All County Band just did this piece in January with John Southall. Find someone from your school that was in that band and they should have a recording. When their music was handed out, they were given a good recording.

It is a Japanese piece that sounds like film music. I wouldn't say it's one of the best pieces in the wind literature, but it is really enjoyable for audiences and really fun for the players.
