Anyone have a copy of Pastorale - Goldsmith?

Dear All,
I am hoping someone can help me out here. As most of you know, along with a partner I purchased Cimarron Music Press 2+ years ago. We are in the process of re-engraving the entire catalog (almost 600 so far) and every now and then we hit a roadblock. Today is one of those days.
In the process of re-engraving Pastorale - James Goldsmith for Tuba and Piano I discovered we are missing a page from the score (piano part). I am hoping someone out there has a copy and could forward me a copy or scan of the piano score so I can complete the re-engraving process. I would be more than willing compensate anyone for their time, etc.
