Pro Winds has shops in Bloomington and Indianapolis, IN.
Wichita Band Instrument Company is located in ... umm ... Wichita, KS.
There's also Sam Gnagey (sp?) in Ft. Wayne, IN, who builds custom horns from salvaged vintage tubas.
