Need help finding music

Greetings all.
I've been in contact via email with the Swedish Musical Information Centre regarding the following pieces:
Rolf Martinsson: Monogram op. 30
Nils Lindberg: Movements
Julius Jacobsen: Tuba ballet
It's been over a month of trading emails and I can't seem to get any results. I've checked libraries (using WorldCat) to see if I can use interlibrary loan and borrow these pieces and can't seem to locate them. It is highly probable that I am a complete idiot and am not searching properly.
My question to you all--any clue where I can find these charts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
