I know B&M made the piston Marzans, but didn't Wilson (or whatever they were called back then) have at least something to do with the rotary models?

Joe,
E-mail me at tubachuck@juno.com. I am interested in any Marzan BBb's, Piston or Rotary you may have.

I tend to be aware of, what I know, and what I don't know.

So when this fine forum cannot come up with an unanimous answer, how would I ever need to be ashamed of my ignorance on this topic.

I also tend to like Joe's approach. It certainly tells, that not all of his brain has been provided by his sponsor.

Thank you, Joe, for the provided confirmation of your original suggestion. A true display, that it is not yours proving itself old and stumpy, when swaggered.

Any reply issued in good faith is an addition to this forum, but when selfapproving smal’e whelps issue their shal’e helps the result is like sucking stale kelps.

Discussion?

I asked for a fact, and you derided me for not "knowing" the WRONG fact.

If you find, that I have exposed you as a not very desirable kind of person, I can only be thankful, that you once again made my point. But that is just about where my thankfulness stops.

Thanks for putting this argument to rest, Joe. B&M it is then. I stand corrected on any Wilson comments I may have made, just goes to show what passing around misinformation can do.
You are right about the thin brass connection, part of the "magic" of one of the old rotary Marzans I have played was due to its thin wall construction.
