ANYBODY WHO HAS THE OLD/NEW TUBA SOURCE BOOK...

I need a list of the pieces written for tuba solo and woodwind quintet. Unfortunately our library doesn't have this resource, and I need the info ASAP so Inter-Library Loan is out.

I'd appreciate any and all help in this matter.
