They should be in the public domain. I used to reprint copies from the old Etude magazine from the 1920s. The public library in Riverside, California, had a huge collection of bound volumes featuring almost every issue of that magazine that was ever written. Some of the advertisements were a lot of fun, too.

Depending on the amount of time you have to screen them, you might solicit submissions from say the TNFJ, or other high class and intelligent sources.
