Repair Facility at WW&BW?

Anyone have any experience with repair work done at the Brasswind? I've just taken delivery of a new horn which needs some work, and I'm trying to decide if I should ship it back to them, or to one of the gurus who frequent this site if they'll take on the job. My local guy is not an option for this paticular issue, a leaky rotary valve knuckle.
Feel free to e-mail or PM me if you'd rather.
Thanks in advance!

Assuming you purchased the horn from Woodwind/Brasswind... you should send it back to them for corrective action. It the knuckle is leaking right where it joins the rotor casing, it's bad news and will probably require brazing or silver-soldering. If there's a ferrule where it's leaking, that's not really much of a problem to fix. At any rate, IF the horn's new, it shouldn't be your problem.
