If it's anything like it's trumpet counterpart, avoid it. It's like a Jet Tone.

I've never seen a Perduba tuba mouthpiece before this, still haven't seen one in person, obviously. 
Harry James used a double cup trumpet mouthpiece (good thing, since he played trumpet...) I have played a tenor trombone mouthpiece, on tenor trombone, and it basically sucked. The feel was very strange, it did nothing for my range and destroyed any semblance of good sound I had. I could see using that on tenor 'bone if my chops were getting really tired and I just needed to finish a throwaway gig, but not for much else.
The double cup idea sure doesn't make sense to me. There's so much interference in the cup right off, it seems. There's enough junk inside most of our horns that we don't need the extra turbulance in the airstream.

I used to know a trombonist who used a Parduba double-cup mpc. If you want a shrill, piercing sound and you want to go sharp in the high register then this is definitely the one for you.
