M&M Tuba Stand?

Has anyone tried these very low priced stands? Price makes one suspicious.

I have one for my lil'
Cerveny F tuba.
It is of a lower build quality, relative to the K&M, but it does the job just fine. It holds the tuba while I'm not playing it and it is quite secure. The price break was compelling.........I am quite satisfied.

I use a couple of M&M stands in my practice room. With a bit of bending it will even take my 6/4 Neptune.
The legs do not bend in, so they are not so good for carrying around as K&M, but for the practice room they are fine.
