Kelly's last concert with the Navy Band will be this coming Monday, 2000 at the US Capitol. After 14 years in the band Kelly has opted to change careers and move to Kentucky to become an educator. His presence will be missed and I wish him all the best in his new life. Stop by the concert if you are so inclined and, weather permitting, drinks afterwards.

Love Ya, Kelly!

Kelly,

From one NH brother to another: the best of luck and continued success on your new path. It goes without saying that you will do well.

Take care, man....

I want to pass along my thanks for many years of working with some great guys here in the band. There have been many memories here at the band, some good, some not so good, and some to forget. But I wouldn't want to serve with anyone else (well, maybe the Swedish bikini model tuba section).

My replacement has been named and should be taking over in a few short weeks. Good Luck to James.

While for me it was time to move into the academic world, it was a decision that took quite a bit of thought to reach. When the oppotunity came up it was worth taking a leap and giving it a try.

If you are near Kentucky and would like a set of ears to check out what you're doing, the door's open, come on by.

As for the concert Monday, it would be great to see you guys, but personally, I'm hoping for rain.

Good-Bye D.C., hello home!!!

Kelly

Hi Kelly,

Good Luck in your new career! I am somewhere down the road in Knoxville. You and the other posters neglected to say exactly where in KY you'll be and exactly what you'll be doing.

Watch out for that KY Jelly, I hear it doesn't taste very good ;>)

Congrats on taking a new risk!
