My quintet has a summer outdoor wedding gig and they are requiring the Massenet. Does anyone have a brass quintet version or know where I can buy it. I have a piano score but I don't want to arrange it if I don't have to.
*****I bought it from BVD. Nice chart. Good addition to the book.

One bump and then it's time to crank up Sibelius.

Thanks, I ordered it Friday. That would be my starting place. I am surprised

and sad

not to find a brass quintet version, but then again it's a violin piece, if you don't count Adam's Euph version

There is a quintet version out there -
http://www.bvdpress.com/ has two different ones for quintet. I can't recall which one I own (I think it's the one published by BVD Press) but I do recall it is a pretty decent blow - just about all the instruments have the horn on the face the entire time. Not hard, but can be a bit wearing.
