I want to put together a tuba ensemble...

I have done it before. I did it at my graduate school (a theological seminary), two churches, and a couple of other places.
Now, I want to do it in Vietnam. There are very few tuba players here who can read the music I have arranged. Last night, I created a nice arrangement of some popular songs and the neighbors lingered around my door (I live in a high rise apartment) listening to the midi play what I was writing.
I can get places to play. That isn't hard here. And some of them will actually pay good money (by Vietnamese standards) to hear some different music than what they hear on the radio.
As far as popular music in Vietnam, the country is stuck in a time warp of what was popular during the war, which isn't bad. But all of the local stuff sounds the same.
My arrangements are for six players. I like eight members in the ensemble (four euphoniums and four tubas), with a couple of the parts doubled.
A name as even been conceived for the group: VinaTuba. There are many companies which use "Vina" as a suffix to their name. Some examples include:
-VinaMilk
-VinaFood
-VinaTaxi
-VinaShoes
-Vina Water (yes, it has a space)
-VinaCafe
-VinaLaw (no, they don't advertise on TV at 2:30 am)
-VinaCement
and many others.
If anyone would be interested in coming to Vietnam to work, and you play tuba or euphonium, I can put you in the group.
