Today I received my first instrument from Dillon Music Company. It's a terrific Cerveny four-rotor Bb trombone. Free shipping. The package had been dropped on one corner by the shipper and the jolt shook things inside the case-----the mouthpiece receiver tapped against the side of the bell resulting in a 3/16" deep dent.
I sent an e-mail with photos to Dillon and got a response just minutes later saying they were crediting my account for the repair cost. They are great to do business with, and they will be at the top of my list for instrument purchases in the future.
