Sounds like the Rubank Selected Studies. I have the euphonium version, and it has a good variety of legato & characteristic studies from Blazhevich, Gatti, Bohme, Muller, Arban, etc. Never seen the tuba edition, though.

Any idea who might sell the book? I'm just curious about it.

I got my copy from my local music store (Saied Music). It's a pretty common book for high schoolers so I think most music stores keep it in stock...but you might be better off ordering it online or from Southern...

I loved that book...the cover is completely gone now. I pull it out every now and again when I'm warming up and don't feel like getting out the entire Bordogni...
