Madsen Euphonium Concerto

Is there anyone who has put the Madsen Euphonium Concerto on Finale or Sibelius by any chance? Sounds like a good piece (in my head,) but the music is hand written and so hard to read. I do own a legal copy, but I don't have time to all that on to a computer.
