Czardas....what a show piece! Wonderfully done. As Dave Werden said over on his web site, we aren't sure how many octaves you covered....Did you play this on a Besson (Eb or Bb?) I noticed that you are now officially a Besson recording artist (per their new web site).

I played it for my wife last night (your recording that is) and our jaws dropped. I told her that if she gave me maybe $5,000-$6,000 for a new Besson Prestige, allowed me to quit my job and go to England for a year to take lessons, I might be able to play the intro and the last 3 notes!

So after that, she decided that maybe my going away for a week to band camp wasn't so bad after all and therefore she rewarded me in other more subtle ways!

Thanks for posting these. Well played. I really like the sound you're getting from the Eb -- great high, low, everywhere!

Cheers,

Good to hear about the LMI Steve. We have a BBb and an EEb arriving soon hopefully. Very impressed with their "personalisation" and helpfulness. Perhaps I'll be able to play BBb AND see the music soon!!
