Willson compensating Eb?

Does Willson still make a compensating Eb tuba? I was browsing one of their newsletters and it mentions a "model 3400 compensating Eb tuba" a number of times. I've only ever seen the "3400S Eb tuba" (with 5 valves) listed in catalogues and the like.s

I don't think they are distributed through DEG in the US, but if you contacted them in Switzerland you could probably find one.
