I just had the pleasure of doing business again with Ivan at Giddings & Webster. Each time I have had contact with him he has "gone the extra mile" to make sure I had what I needed (or thought I needed 
).
It is always tempting to buy used mouthpieces, and sometimes I do, but it is hard to put a price on excellent service and information. Since I returned to the Tuba last year, after a couple decades following other musical paths, there has been a lot of info to catch up on. Ivan has a great wealth of knowledge on mouthpieces and he has been most patient with my ignorance.
Just wanted to acknowledge excellent service and products.
