Maybe you should try to get help from the Finnish Music Information Center. www.fimic.fi

Their publications are not commercial, and I think the piano score is written by Jukka Linkola himself. He wrote the piece for Michael Lind, but he was not able to play it, and it was first performed by Harri Miettunen of Tampere Filharmonia (a finnish orchestra in city of Tampere).
