Does that mean one is much more expensive than the other? Don't know, as have never seen a PT-7 for sale.

The most obvious physical difference appears to be that the the PT-7 has 500mm bell and the Neptune 520mm. The Neptune also has the enhancements of gold lacquer and beautiful bell engraving.
