Neal Corwell has several works available for both tuba and "tape" and euphonium and "tape." Not sure if he has a website or not but someone around here is bound to know.

As for doing it yourself, it's a lot of work but if you're up to the challenge you can use just about any software to help. A good place to start might be with audacity. I know this is available for mac for free, I think it works on pc too. With this software you can manipulate any existing sound file (say a recording of pot lids spinning) and combine it with other sound files. There are several ways to create the sounds you would want to incorporate in the track, you just have to work with what you have (i.e. software that can produce material for you, recording your own material).

Wyatt's "Three for One" for tuba and tape is a reasonably interesting piece, fun to play. It should be available commercially.

It is an extremely useful technique-building exercise also - expect to spend lots of quality time with a tuner and a metronome. Intonation and timing are completely unforgiving when performing with a tape.
