Strauss 2 band accompaniment?

Does anyone know if there is a band accompaniment version to the Strauss' 2nd Concerto available for purchase?

The most complete listing I can find only has Strauss 1, unfortunately. If anybody knows, it has to be David Thompson, a horn player who now seems to own half the publishing companies in the western hemisphere. dbt@thompsonedition.com
