suite for strings and tuba

does anyone know where I can get hold of a recording and the music for a suite for strings, harp and tuba by Gordon Jacob?
I have googled it, and found a sibelius play back and it sounds interesting.
I already have the suite for tuba and piano and would like to get this piece.
