REGISTRATION: 11:30 a.m. AMERIKA PLATZ
$5.00 Participant Registration Fee required.
REHEARSAL: 12:30 p.m.
PERFORMANCE: 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER TO RECEIVE A COMMEMORATIVE PIN IDENTIFYING PAID PARTICIPANTS FOR REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE. There is NO advance registration but we urge you to arrive at Amerika Platz with a filled in registration form from our web site.
MUSIC: The concert program will be selected by Maestros Demkee & WIlhjelm from two bound books in bass & treble clef - score form.
(1) "Carols For A Merry TubaChristmas" compiled and arranged by Alec Wilder and Norlan Bewley. If you have performed in an "Official" TUBACHRISTMAS you should have this book....if so....BRING IT and you won't have to buy another.
(2) "SUMMERTUBATIME-Book I" music appropriate to this time of year, compiled and arranged by Norlan Bewley, especially for MERRY TUBACHRISTMAS IN AUGUST.
Check The Basement Register or the Tubachristmas web site regularly for updates and progress reports. Both books available at registration for $12 each and in advance for $15 (includes shipping & handling).....print a merchandise order form from the Tubachristmas web site ....fill it in....and mail with a check for the total amount of order....submit to the address on the form. Make all checks payable to TUBACHRISTMAS-HPF. Sorry, No Credit Cards.
DRESS NEAT & CLEAN appropriate for the weather.
PARKING: Ample parking, but limited convenient spaces....SUGGESTION: deliver your instrument to Americaplatz....park as directed and use the trolley-shuttle to and from the parking lot. Bring a folding music stand and music clips (clothes pins).
