Suspect NY company?

Anyone ever deal with these people in the past? I ordered a Torchinsky out of print excerpt book from them close to a month ago. Got an email reply last month stating that they received my payment...that was the last correspondence. Have been trying to get in touch via email with no luck. There isn't a phone number listed for this shop. Guess they got me.
