I have an old style Perantucci 1 with a Delrin rim. I haven't seen one done in Lexan.

when I tried to buy a mouthpiece from custom with the nylon rim about a year ago, they said they had discontinued the nylon rim even though it was still on the website...

I have the DE set up with lexan rim & metal cup/shank pieces.
Works well for me.
