York Eb Sousaphone Value?

Hi all, wonder if anyone can help.
I've been told about a York Eb Sousaphone, excellent condition (no dents at all) in original case (in good order). Mouthpipe needs tacking back on tho. Serial no. is 84822.
Can anyone give me an approximate value? Or is anyone interested?
The problem is, it's here in the UK at the moment, where sousas aren't too popular!
I'd have it myself, but I want a BBb if any for the little use it would get.
Thanks for any help you can offer

Hi Andy!
I sent you an email about this.

Don't underestimate the value of a fine Eb sousaphone in the UK.
Some of your fine young tubists still are in the freelance market. They often have an Eb as their main horn and would like to have a sousa for the street and party jobs.
And in the meantime you won't hurt yourself by doing a bit of work-out on it. Just remember to grease your body well in Vaseline.
Then a shoehorn should suffice for helping you out mounting the thing.
But it may take the assistance from your current day-and/or- nightcare mom to get it off again.

This said by a man who invested some of his best craftsmanship into conglomerating a York Eb sousaphone body with a York Monster Eb tuba bell into one of the most beautiful helicons hitting the surface of this planet (you will have to join the Yahoo group in question to see it):

Joe is a wizzard with brasses, but I am not entirely convinced about his mental sanity:
He SOLD this well playing beauty, because he could not get a case for it!
It is very urgent to issue a warning about reading Joe's postings on this board:
