Carol Jantsch's horn on "Estrellita"

Hey everyone, I have a question. Does anyone know what tuba and mouthpiece Carol Jantsch used to play "Estrellita" on "From the Top" #75?
Her playing on that piece brought tears to my eyes, it was so wonderful.
