Help!! Gershwin by Special Arrangement

Hello folks.
I just got this one dropped on me by a student.
(Long and short of it all: I need to find the written pno accomp to one tune in this book in about 72 hours.. yikes!)
So...
Does anyone out there have in their possession the piano accomp book (that corresponds to various solo instrument (+ CD) books):
