Has anyone had any experience with Custom Music Corp. (Tuba World) Sterling gig bag? From my observations it seems to have foam that is not very dense, but what do people think?

Get a Cronkhite gig bag - your investment deserves the protection. Buy it from Steve Ferguson:

Hate it. I currently own one for my PT20 and i wish i had spent the money on something else. my friend also has one and he wishes the same. the straps and the foam padding are very poorly put together. save your cash.

One came with my newly acquired used Meinl Weston 2155, and it didn't seem like the best bag, but before replacing it I wanted to get some opinions.
It seems like there isn't any padding on the bell rim because of the zipepr location, and it seemed as if the foam throughout the entire bag was no dense enough. I have a tuxedo bag for my Mirafone 186 and it protects it very well, however the zipper scratches the tuba when I put it in, and many seams ripped over time. (I became friends with the local guy who repairs car seats and convertible tops.....and tuba bags?) How does the density of the foam of the cronkhite bags compare to the tuxedo bag?
