Orchestra, Con Sordini?

Which pieces are written for tuba, Con Sordini?
As I recall, con sordino. But I have also seen con sordini, and abbreviated con sord., as it is in the Berlioz.tubashaman wrote:What do you mean by con sordini (i know con sordi means mute), is that a short version?

Con sordini, must be from my violin playing.
