US Army Ground Forces Band
Go to the recordings page, and click on CD "Soundscapes." The Universal Judgment is the second track on this CD, all of which are available for download. This is the band arrangement by Antonio Carrarella.
The band is superb, by the way.

As near as I can tell The Universal Judgement is presented exactly as it was originally published. No arranger.
The Universal Judgement is listed simply as "tone poem".
I like several of the performances on this CD. It is a live recording and not all is perfect, but the music is fun.

We had a blast recording that disc. The tuba section was comprised of Steve Rossman, Corey Dawson, and me. The euphs were David Cooke, Ross Whitlock, and Alan Herold. That low brass section, including the bones, was one of the best I have ever played with.

When our studio had this excerpt for a school audition, Dr. Bowman played us a recording of the Air Force Band (I believe), and I think the CD was called "Warhorses". I remember him saying that both him (Dr. B) and his brother were on the recording (his brother played trumpet). Pretty awesome, but I'm sure you wouldn't be able to find this particular recording.
