Pretty amazing. If you scroll down on the related videos and pick the one that has all the Gospel stuff in it, there is a clip that is so blatantly played at half speed as to be hilarious. The Estonian Choirs recent release of the Rachmaninov "Midnight Vigil (Vespers)" has two intonations (solo's) for basso profundo that go to low A and G respectively. Unless it's a solo or the singer is specially recorded or miked (as in most of the Nashville stuff), that low of a frequency is hard to discern with the sorrounding voices. Any remember Ivan Rebroff? The man of 6 octaves? Saw him in concert as a young teen. Weird cat, but boy could he sing that range REALLY LOUD.
