Tom, something to point out to everyone is that the Friday and Saturday concerts are off-base at Kenmore Middle School. This could be a really great thing, though I know it's less convenient for the performers. It allows folks to eat off base and still be on time for the performance (I'm usually a bit tired of the Bowling Alley by Saturday night, heh, heh), and it should help with the usual overflow crowd.
That may not have been the motivation for the off-base concert locations, but I think it will be a good thing.
We appreciate the effort you guys put into this, and the continuous improvements you make each year.

That's a great point.
For both Friday and Saturday nights, concerts are at Kenmore Middle School off of Route 50 in Arlington. For those of you accustomed to the security issues at Ft. Myer, this should allow you a few more minutes to enjoy dinner and still get to the concert on time. The auditorium seats around 700-800, so you don't need to get there super early to get a seat (unless you really want to sit in the front row). It is theater seating with a balcony, so there are not many "bad seats", and there are even a few box seats if you want to feel "special." The only downside for the audience is getting out of the parking lot after a concert - I suggest you back into your spot.
As far as dining goes, I personally recommend (not an official endorsement) the new Dogfish Head Brewpub out at Seven Corners. It's only about 5-10 minutes from Kenmore Middle School, depending on traffic. Something tells me this might be a popular destination for tuba players:)
This is the easiest way to get to Kenmore Middle School from Brucker Hall:

The school is located where the soccer field is on the satellite image.
