Hey what do you guys think is the best company to insure your horn with?

Try to see If you can get an add-on with your homeowers ins. It would be cheaper, but some companies won't do it. Mind won't do it so I have a separate policy with State Farm. I have my MW2165 CC tuba, B&S Symphonie F tuba, wife's McCraken french horn plus the wedding rings on the same policy. Costs me about $220 a year

If you are an amatuer, which doesn't mean you don't play well just that you don't get paid for playing, add it on as a scheduled item to your homeowner's or renter's policy. If you take money for playing you need a specialty policy, just like the one the plumber has for his tools. This has been fully discussed in the prior thread listed above.

Don't try to "cut corners", from thirty years in the business of insuring stuff.
