Hi Ryan,
How about, "The Yellow Rose of Texas" variations; written by Lewis Buckley. Danny Vinson played this with the USCG band. It's about 7 minutes long and pretty challenging solo, but not too bad for band.
'Cimarron Music' has the music along with sample of the score. There's also an mp3 sound file of Danny Vinson playing it with the USCG band I think.

The first solo off of the top of my head that I think of is "The Volunteer". The others that everyone mentioned are great as well!

Most (not sure if all are at the point) are Danny Vinson playing Euph.
For any interested in Tuba Quartet literature, we have commissioned Lew to compose a 10 tuba quartet. It will be available in the Spring/Summer of 2008.

Oh yes, this one is great! I forgot about "Patriotic Encore". It's a bit short at only 1:45, but I'm sure the crowd will respond to it.

From the same page Rick quoted, check out "American Portrait". The "Patriotic Encore" was meant as an encore to the "Portrait".
