I have recently come across The Boa-Constrictor and Bobolink as duet for piccolo and tuba.
It has got me thinking, what other pieces are available with unusual duet combination with tuba?

Not so much unusual, but Eugene Anderson's Baroque and Brass is spectacular. It is for tuba a trumpet, and has been recorded by Sam Pilafian and Tom Morrison. Lots of fun to play.

If you're thinking about programming it, that piece is excellent...

I'm not at home looking at the CD to check if this is accurate:
P.D.Q. Bach's Dutch Suite for Tuba and Bassoon

Quattro Bicinie for clarinet and tuba by Rodger Vaughan
Duet for flute and tuba by Walter Hartley.
Both multi-movement works, both requiring solid chops and musicianship.
I played both of these in the mid-80s. I don't know whether they are still in print.

A duet with a rediculous part for both instruments:
Six Preludes for Flute and Tuba, by Harry Hewitt. Both are pretty laughable. Flute often goes to a low B or even B-flat, and tuba is in treble clef at times...
