or
for trombone and piano.

I am not aware that a version of the suite (or bits of it) exists for solo instrument and piano. It seems WAY to complex for solo with piano. The movement you mention is the first movement of the Suite No.2, Op. 64b. Do you have the name of someone who arranged this for trombone or tuba and piano?
