Early Conn Identification?

This is for the folks who have access to early C. G. Conn catalogues.
Can you help me identify this horn?
Beginning of WWI era
BBb 4 front piston valves
20" upright bell, not detachable
about 36" overall in height, from bell rim to bottom of bow.
Approximately 16" in width - body.

Would also be interested in finding an early Conn mouthpiece for it.
