Gary's mouthpiece is probably near his tuba.
During your next lesson, when he's not looking, you can swipe it from him; just make a distraction, like pretending something's "over there", "Whoa, what's that?!", after turning your head quickly... He just might not notice, and then you can continue on with the lesson.
Oh, never mind; he will notice!
I looked for Parke mouthpieces on your behalf, and found practically NOTHING, as well. I'm sure he'll help you to contact the maker.
