During the mid 90's, I found the full orchestral score and parts to this in Mr Jacobs' studio. Through Dave Townsend, I was able to locate Mueller's daughter and we returned this to the family. Since then, there have been a few performances in Virginia and I understand that someone did an arrangement with band.

Not sure how I came upon it, but I seem to own a copy of this piece for tuba and piano. Indeed, this one was published by "University Music Press" Ann Arbor. Goes as high as E-natural above the staff, and as low as E 3 octaves below the high one.
Looks pretty easy; I'd give it about a 3.5 or so for difficulty.
