"Apollo"?

I'm looking for a piece for wind ensemble called "Apollo". I seem to remember it was written a couple of decades ago, and it uses a large amount of modern and avant-garde techniques. The performance I saw of the work included feet stamping, singing through the instruments and a whole bunch of percussion noises. Any help would be appreciated-I'm mainly looking for the name of the composer, any info on the piece itself, and any other helpful hints. If anyone would know where to purchase the score, I would also appreciate that info.
Aaron H.

P.S., I know that there is a piece by Frank Ticheli called "Apollo Unleashed". I am not looking for that piece.

I managed to find the composer's name. If anyone is curious, the piece is by John Pennington. I'm still looking for info on the composer and the place of publication, if possible.
Thanks,
Aaron

Just wondering after reading the posts on this thread...Is it possible that "Apollo" is an ungodly piece to perform?
