What type of tuba?

Herr Brandstoetter (of Mnozil Brass) seems to have a "new" tuba (don't know if it's new or vintage -- and just "new" to him). He seems quite happy to have found it. http://www.mnozilbrass.at/318.html

I'm assuming it's an "F" -- but what brand and model?

Danke schoen,

That is a strange rotor layout, the way they are staggered. It does appear to be true love though.Even I have never spooned my tuba :D
