Pomp & Circumstance March #4

This Elgar composition is on the next program in an orchestra in which I'm playing. There was no tuba nor contrabassoon part for this piece included in my packet along with parts for the other pieces on the program (I often cover the contra cues in this orchestra when the tuba is tacet).
When I questioned the librarian about this, he answered, "There is no tuba part nor contrabassoon part for this piece."
When I showed him the Luck's Music listing,
"We must be doing a different arrangement."
This orchestra does NOT play simplified, "dumbed down" arrangements.
Could anyone email me the tuba and contrabassoon parts for Pomp & Circumstance March #4?
Thank you very much.
