I have found the same issue. I'm particularly concerned because many of the tunes for my ITEA MWRTEC Quartet Competition were to come from Bernel. I'm still trying...

A couple of folks have asked about Bernel on the NABBA list also. You might want to see if David's still at his personal phone in Cartersville.
Web site's DOA, too--whois says that the domain registration expired on 4 August. It also lists an alternate email for David at dmcdaniel88911@msn.com.
