Need a stand that can sit over the legs of my TubaTamer

I'm trying to find a music stand that will have greater clearance over the legs of my tuba stand. The legs of my Tuba Tamer are 2 inches high off the floor, so I need a stand that has greater than 2 inch clearance throughout most of the bottom "tripod" area. My standard Manhasset has about 1.5" clearance down there. See picture below. For ergonomic reasons I need to bring the music stand closer to my face, which means it must straddle over the front leg of the TubaTamer at around a 45 or 90 degree angle. Would a Manhasset Voyager work?

TIA and hope this makes sense to someone.

I doubt it. I use a Manhasset Voyager. The floor clearance under the stand isn't much. I have to skew my play stand so one leg is straight forward and the Manhasset has one leg straight forward so both the stands sort of 'nest'. I've given some thought to integrating the play stand and the music stand into one common base.

I agree with Scoob. The Hamilton is a great stand. I have had one for years and it has taken a good bit of abuse but still works wonderfully. I believe having the adjustable legs will give you just what you're looking for.

Thanks for the input, guys. I'll give the Hamilton a try.

Is that the stand that has a FIXED desk angle?

Yes. That is the only drawback.
