This reminds me of a comment one of my old teachers made. A sax player remarked within earshot that his chops were tired after a long rehearsal earlier that day. My teacher's response, "Chops?! You don't need any chops to play the sax. H#@l, I could be three days dead on a slab; you put a sax in my mouth, press down on my belly and I'll sound just like Ornette Coleman."Rick F wrote:Sheesh, what's next!?
