Looking for photo: Old man playing tuba and guitar

Somewhere in the internet jungle there is a classic antique photo of a bearded old man playing a guitar and a tuba -- tuba is being held in a stand and the valves are actuated via foot pedals.
I've seen it before, but I can't seem to track it down -- on this site or via somewhat extensive internet searching.

The photo I think you're talking about is in Mark Chalabala's book, Tuba Views, p. 70.
